How can I get fabric samples?
We will be happy to send up to three samples per household (address) per year without charge. If you would like a swatch from the fabrics we list, please mail your request (fabric type & color) and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. If you would like a swatch of a special request fabric, please include this request on your e-mail and wait to send a self-addressed envelope when prompted by return e-mail. If you desire more swatches that three, sample pages and notebooks are available (click on left bar-Samples and Specials).

Do you carry only costume fabrics?
No, our quality fabrics are suitable for prom, bridal, evening wear or other apparel. To decide upon usage, check fabric fiber. Many of our fabrics are dry clean only, if in doubt just click on costume fabrics and their care. We offer fabrics for costumes that may not always be found in other fabric stores. For a list of fabrics we carry, use the left bars to click on Fabrics. Remember to click on e-mail to made a special request if you are looking for a similar fabric or color that we do not list, no upholstery or wool please.
Where can I make a purchase from your store off line?
We do not have a location open to the public, but you may mail a copy of your order form and payment (Visa or MasterCard information, personal check, or money order) to the address above. Be sure your payment includes sales tax (Texas residents only) and shipping and handling. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. Visa or MasterCard orders may be faxed to 802-609-3136.

What is the smallest amount I can buy?
We do not require a minimum yardage or dollar amount, however there is a minimum of $5.50 for shipping and handling. For yardage increments use decimals. Example: 3 and 1/4 yards equals 3.25
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped in one to three business days of receipt. Payment by a personal check will slow an order as they must clear before an order is shipped.
We strive to keep a large inventory however on occasion an item may have to be back ordered. Please include your e-mail address so we can notify you of the time delay usually seven to ten days.
Orders shipped within the United States by UPS ground should allow 1 to 5 days for shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be shipped US airmail and should allow one week for shipping. No International orders. Orders requesting for FedEx will be shipped 2nd day Air.
Can I return a purchase?
No refunds or exchanges are made once an order is placed. However, we reserve the right to correct any error on our part, and if we have shipped the wrong item, please notify us for instructions within 10 days of delivery. Also, we may cancel an item ordered if it cannot be shipped within 10 days because of availability, and we will void or credit payments made on items that we cancel.
